A company that bills itself as the largest online gambling platform has been hit with a lawsuit alleging that it breached an agreement with its users by advertising a product it did not offer.
In a lawsuit filed Monday in a New York federal court, GamblingIsNotOnline.com said it had been told by its investors that it had no revenue and would not be able to collect money owed to them by customers.
GamblingIsNova, which is backed by a $15 million investment from Google Ventures, is an online gambling website that bills it as the world’s largest online casino.
The company says it will be “open for business” on Monday, and it said in a statement that it would continue to operate as usual.
Gibson has been the target of a number of lawsuits over its business practices and the fact that it is only available in a limited number of countries.
The lawsuit filed by Gambling Is Not Online.com alleges that the company did not comply with a 2014 agreement with investors that required it to open its operations in a number, not a number.
The company said in the lawsuit that it has “completed its compliance with the 2014 agreement by establishing a legal relationship with the investors in a separate legal entity.”
Gambling IsNova said in its statement that “Gambling is Not Online is the only online gambling site in existence today.”
The lawsuit alleges that investors and investors were told in an email that “the company has no revenue,” and that the reason it did this was to “avoid having to pay its creditors or pay back any money owed them by its users.”
Gibbs claims that its legal strategy is designed to get it off the ground, and that it will continue to work with investors and others to bring it back online.
GamblingisNova has been under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.
In March, Gibbs was shut down by the New York state attorney general’s office for operating without a license to operate.
The website was not licensed to operate in New York until May 1, when it received an extension of one year.
The extension was for the time being.
In September, the company announced that it was shutting down, but it is still not yet clear if it will resume operations.
